Responsibilities:

1.Create and implement consistent VOC processes to discover, gather, aggregate and prioritize the values of specific customer needs, generate new product ideas in cooperation with sales.
通过VOC了解客户具体需求，并与销售团队协作，在此基础上形成新产品概念
2.Define products by turning customer needs into product specifications & value proposition.
根据客户的需求定义产品，将需求转换为产品具体参数和价值主张
3.Participate and contribute to cross functional new product development (NPD) team. Assist product managers to commercialize new product ideas thru PPG process.
参与新产品开发项目，协助产品经理把概念商业化，把新产品开发上市
4.Aligning market/customer needs with Product Life Cycle Management – work with product managers to ensure that their product road-maps are aligned with evolving market needs.
确保所负责产品线与市场需求的发展一致
5.Drive and develop material including sales training/ launch materials, customer presentations, videos. Conduct competition analysis to promote value selling by drive and develop POD material and training.
针对所负责产品线开发销售培训材料，产品上市资料等，并进行竞争形势分析以提升价值销售。
6.Collaborates cross-functionally on developing field solutions for specific customers and industries.
与跨职能团队合作，为特定客户和行业开发产品解决方案
7.Complete other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
除以上之外，完成产品经理分配的其他任务。

Requirmeent .
Education – Preferred B.S. in a Technical field, particularly in Electronics /Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
Work experience - Minimum of 3 years prior technical, selling, R&D, or Marketing experience; Preferred experience working for Automation Industry
Active listening to deeply understand customers’ needs, particularly the needs behind needs ;
Solid computer skills in office – excel, powerpoint (Finance or sales data analyse skill is plus)
Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English.
Willing to travel frequently.
Strong sense of responsibility, selfmotivation , communication skills, team work player .
