岗位职责描述 Job responsibility description:

1) Safety technical support for new project flawless launch and plant activities.

2) Leading the plant EHS committee to review safety, environmental procedure and safety observation tour.

3) Safety program development and conducting new facility / equipment buy off.

4) Ensure entire facility meet national & Trelleborg Group safety requirement.

5) Provide necessary safety training to employees.

6) Process Design and Trouble Shooting for the PTFE Mixing, Molding and Sintering Processes.

要求 Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above, Major in Chemical Engineering or Polymers. Major in Safety Engineering is preferred.

2) More than 3 year related working experience in international foreign company.

3) Familiar with Safe Production Law of the People’s Republic of China and related Safety & Environmental Standard.

4) Familiar with high risk assessment; contractor work permit; PPE management; hazard material control; confined spaces entry; industry hygiene management; lockout /energy control; Fall hazard control and injury/ incident investigation & analyze.

5) Fluent speaking & Writing in English, CET-6 grade is preferred.

6) Good communication skill, strong responsibility and teamwork.
