Job Objective :

? Research, develop and verify air IAQ (indoor air quality) technology for air conditioner, air purifier, dehumidifier application;

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
? Experienced in providing engineering leadership and support for air filter design & Development in air conditioner system.
? Ownership on Concept to development & execution of new designs at right cost, Quality & Time.
? Experienced in advanced product approval testing for Air Purifier. Strong Air purifier knowledge in plan, co-ordinate to execute performance / safety / reliability tests on products, subsystems, and components to evaluate and approve new product designs.
? Work closely with global consumer design and marketing on product innovation and new design of product features.
? Product/platform evaluation, and identify technical abnormalities, ensure that problems are identified and eliminated as early as possible in development programs, Summarize and provide direction.
? Work as a member of new product or technology development team to meet overall project goals.
? Participate in creating, reviewing, and upgrading cost and quality of existing products based on data from the field.
? Participation in meetings and exchange of information through written and verbal communications means are required.

Qualification Requirements任职资格

? Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Chemistry engineering or equivalent
? 5+ years working experience (min), with proven records of min. 3-4 years on air purifier design & development is required.
? Good knowledge on GB, IEC, UL, and related Air purifier standards.
? Familiar with airflow system design and development is preferred.
? Experienced with drawing software, like Auto-CAD, Pro/E, UG, etc.
? Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is must.
? Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization and culture.
? Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, a team player. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 举报 分享
