职位描述

Position Purpose:
To implement non-technical parts and service training to dealers and internal staff, and manage STARS for non-technical training side in APA


Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

Non-technical Service Training to dealer staff:

·Ensure appropriate learning solutions are developed and delivered that close competency gaps for dealership staff (e.g. service manager, service advisor, parts specialist, parts manager, warranty staff, bodyshop staff etc)

·Perform training needs assessment based on parts & service operational and financial performance, and market feedback.

·Manage curriculum development request by interviewing internal SMEs

·Work closely with related agencies and internal SMEs to ensure the required trainings are developed in line with the agreed Ford process and quality standards

·Update and refresh existing curriculum as required to adjust for business changes

·Follow up with markets on the program roll out

·Communicate closely with Parts & Service function to ensure the training support dealer staff development


Parts & Service Training to internal Ford staff:

·Act as a key member in the MSS Functional College on competency development for Parts & Service staff

·Ensure appropriate learning solutions are developed and delivered that close competency gaps of staff in both the regional office and markets

·Participate in the training needs assessment of MSS staff

·Work closely with related agencies and internal SMEs to ensure the required trainings are developed in line with the agreed Ford process and quality standards

·Collect feedback to improve curriculum quality and delivery process

·Update and refresh existing curriculum as required


Customer Service Operating Systems (OS) evaluations:

·Support the APA Market Process Manager to work out annual MSSOS evaluation plan

·Develop CSO OS evaluation agenda for each market

·Involved in the follow up discussion with facilitator, APA CSO and markets to get a fully understanding on evaluation results and action plan

·Communicate with APA CSO and agency to keep the evaluation process up to date


STARS management:

·Lead STARS system launch and upgrade in non-technical training side across APA

·Support markets to launch and upgrade the system to the dealers in the markets

·Provide system training to markets administrators

·Leverage STARS functions to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency and cascade to markets

·Produce regional reports

·Work closely with APA technical training team to achieve synergy through resource and experience sharing

·Act as the single point of contact for the Global STARS team and APA non-technical training team


competencies to prepare for the position:
·Education Qualification:Minimum Bachelors Degree
·Working Experience:Minimum of 5 years post qualifying
·Professional Exposure:Parts or service experience in automotive industry
·Preferred previous experiences: Parts & Service experience

·Leadership Skills

-Ability to work with a multi cultural team

-Strong communication skills

-Detail oriented

·Functional/Technical Skills

-Sound knowledge of service in manufacturer or dealership

-Basic IT knowledge is referred

·Skills Sets Required : Project Management skills

·Any Others:International travel may be required in this role
