职位描述：
工作职责：
* 从事旭格内部、合作伙伴和开放商等的技术支持工作，如新产品介绍、产品功能解释、产品性能咨询、物品升级变更信息的维护等；
* 建立与维护培训材料，准备PPT，定期组织旭格内部和外部，关于如产品培训、旭格程序应用、拆料与估价等的各类培训与研讨会；
* 协助产品团队领导研究中/德/欧标之间要求差异；
* 维护客户手册及其他产品文档，支持旭格总部软件开发部门翻译旭格软件的中文界面翻译；
* 支持新产品开发项目。
Job Responsibilities:
* Technical support to Schueco internal, partner etc., such as consult about product function, performance, articles update information etc.;
* Compile and update training materials, prepare PPT for seminar, at regular intervals organize the trainings and seminars about products information, Schueco programs, calculation etc. for Schueco internal, partners etc.;
* Assist team lead to research the difference between German/European and Chinese product standards;
* Prepare customer catalogues, making other documents for products, support to Schueco software developer for our programs about Chinese;
* Support in New Product Development projects.

任职要求：
理工专业本科以上学历，机械或土木工程专业优先；
2年以上相关行业产品管理经验；
门窗、幕墙行业，或有相关产品如配件、五金等经验优先；
有培训背景或带领团队经验的优先；
熟练使用Mircosoft办公软件和AutoCAD等工具软件；
熟练使用英语和/或德语。
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above majored of science; machanical or civial engineering major is a plus;
More than 2 years’ experience in product management in relevant business;
Ideally have Experience with window and façade or related products (fittings, gaskets, …);
Ideally having a background as a trainer or team leading position
Skill full in using MS office and tools like AutoCad etc.;
