Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

1. Perform needed PM and repair for production tools 对生产模具进行维护保养与维修
2. Perform fitting and assembling for new tool or spare parts对新制模具与备件进行修整与装配
3. Perform basic maintenance on equipment 对所负责模具加工设备进行基本维护与保养

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能
1. Perform needed PM for production tools对生产模具进行预防性保养
2. Fill out all tool repair activity documentation填写模具保养与维修记录
3. Assemble and fit all new builds. 对新制模具与备件进行修整与装配
4. Assist during all tool trials 对试模进行协助
5. Work with team to store and track all tools和部门其它成员一起，做好模具的存储与跟踪
6. Report all needed tool room supplies to tool manager及时提出模具消耗品的需求
7. Work with team to improve the top 5 trouble tools for repair. (use repair data.xls)和团队一起，对主要模具问题点进行改善

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1. High school or above, Major in Mechanical is preferred. 高中以上学历，机械相关专业优先。
2. 5 years or above experiences in die tool making and maintenance. At least 3 years maintenance experience. 5年以上冲压模具制造与维护经验，至少3年从事生产模具维护
3. Able to operate some tool room machines such as Drill Press, Lathe, Grinder, and manual milling machine. 能够操作模具加工机床，比如钻床，车床，磨床和手动铣床。
4. Willing to work in shifts. 愿意翻班
5. Able to analyze issues of product tool and deal with them, give modification suggestion as needed 能够针对模具生产中的问题点进行分析处理，必要时提出改模建议 举报 分享
