Summary: As a core member of FansTang social media team, the Social Media Man-ager will be primarily responsible for creating, developing entertain-ment/fashion/lifestyle content and managing FansTang’s presence across social media channels, as well as all digital assets. This position is based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
    ? Create and manage existing and new social media accounts for FansTang and 100+ celebrities (music artists, American TV show actors, NBA players)
    ? Select trending images/videos and create appealing content to out target audience on our CMS in the fields of fashion/entertainment/celebrity/lifestyle
    ? Build scalable fan base by attracting and encouraging conversation about entertainment/fashion/lifestyle experience and increase conversion rates to our mobile app
    ? Plan activities to connect and grow fan base via online and offline channels
    ? Own and be accountable for all social media engagement metrics

 
Qualifications:
    ? Native Chinese speaker, with good command of speaking and written English.
    ? Bachelor degree in top-tier university in a Marketing or Communications-related field
    ? 1~3 years of experience working as a social media expert, ideally with some international experience
    ? Familiar with both Chinese and western social media (Weibo/WeChat/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram)
    ? Demonstrated experience building social media audiences from zero to mil-lions, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy
    ? In-depth experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns over significant period
    ? World-class creative writing skills (long-form and short-form portfolio re-quired)
    ? Strong sense of design and aesthetics
