工作职能：
1. 负责公司产品、网站整体的视觉创意和设计、专题设计、网站产品界面设计 等 ?
2. 负责网站日常页面的设计调整与更新等，网站相关的活动专题广告设计工作?
3. 参与制定并实施UI设计流程规范
4. 团队配合，共同提升的视觉表现力及易用性，跟踪产品效果，提出界面改善
方案。

任职要求 ?
1.美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业，具有从事互联网网页设计或相关行业的
2年或2年以上设计经验，能够独立承担网站产品和web系统的整体风格设计
的任务
2.善于学习，具有深厚的美术功底和良好的创意构思能力，对色彩有深刻的把
握力、独特的设计风格、独到的创意视点与创新意识?
3.熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Dreamweaver、Flash等常用工
具，能快速进行网页样稿设计及切片化处理，熟悉网页设计工作流程
4.对web产品的交互设计、用户体验和易用性有一定理解，有web原型设计
的经历者优先
5.对于时装每季流行趋势设计图案及网页文字字体编辑有一定的敏感度
