Job Description:

Directs the development and implementation of the plant's quality management system to include continual improvement programs through the knowledge and deployment of Eaton Business System. Performs as management representative. Ensures that policies and procedures regarding all aspects of quality assurance and improvement are rigidly adhered to during all manufacturing processes. Develop and implement plans to achieve operation and group quality goals. Ensure compliance to customer quality requirements and acts as principle contact for customer on quality issues. Manage inspection, corrective action, SPC, Returned Materials, problem solving process, internal audit activity, and other documentation issues as needed for the operations.

This position has responsibility and oversight of product produced in Shanghai China. The Shanghai site has QMS responsibilities for centralized design and customer service activities within the QMS. Additionally responsibilities include ensure delegated distributors maintain FAA /CAAC approval by providing audit and approval letters to Eaton engineering standards.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent.
? Minimum, Eaton Greenbelt Certification
? ASQ Certified Quality Manager Certification or Certified Quality Engineer (or European Equiv.)
? Lead QMS Auditor
? Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems standards and Aerospace Regulatory Requirements
? Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years in Quality or Manufacturing environment.
