Job Scope:
To supervise operations and ensure smooth running of the Warehouse
To write Standard Operation Procedures according to customer's requirements
To communicate with customers regarding all operational procedures
To maintain good working relationship with all external customers/clients and internal overseas colleagues
To monitors all incoming and outgoing shipments, and report delays or discrepancy to Supervisor/Manager immediately
To ensure all documentation such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices, Pick List, PODs etc are properly filed
To take up additional tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
University graduate in related field, +2 years' working experience in supply chain management preferred
Must have good knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Good understanding of inventory management and cycle counting
Team spirits and good communication skill, willing to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills with various departments
Good English communication skill especially in written English
Have working experience of bonded warehouse handling
