Project Executive

Roles and Responsibility:
? Working as project executive and report to project manager.
? Building up decent working relationship with clients
? Research of locations, coordination 3rd party supplier, contact to official local authorities, etc.
? Able to independently finish the tasks from team leader .
? Follow up documentation of projects
Requirements
? At least 2 years working experience in event industry. Brands automotive working experience is a big plus.
? Marketing, PR, Hotel, Communication, Education or management degree preferred.
? Good interpersonal/ communication skills.
? Good team player
? Attention to details and well-organized
? Good English both oral and written.
? Native Chinese speaker
