1. Major Accountabilities:
a) Manage Purchase Order Process
i. Receive details from Ellery NY office of new buys
ii. Work with production team to determine if deliveries are feasible
iii. Create purchase orders
iv. Update purchase order details as necessary
b) Manage master PO Purchases
i. Create master purchase orders
ii. Moniter future purchase orders and reduce quantity from master purchase order
c) Create new item SKUs
i. Create items in AS400 system for purchasing of:
1. Assorted case packs
2. Packaging accessories
3. Retil store signage
2. Job Requirement
a) Language capability
i. need good English capability, CET-6 or above
ii. Communicate in a way easy to understand and follow
iii. Listen actively and respond
b) Computer/System literacy:
i. Intermediate knowledge of Excel
ii. Ability to learn new software
3. Personal Competencies
a) Problem Solving
i. Can obtain information needed to find out the problem.
ii. Use readily sources to find solution.
b) Planning and organizing
i. Develop Plan with supervision.
ii. Prioritize tasks and perform critical activities first.
iii. Maintain focus on critical tasks.
iv. Notify manager for issuse requiring attention.
c) Time management
i. Develop schedule to manage own tasks
ii. Develop workable schedule for the team.
iii. Identify critical path in action plan and closely monitor it.
iv. Hold the timeline and be responsible for on time deliver.
d) Carefulness
i. Spot mistakes in accuracy and completeness
ii. Collect data with great carefulness
iii. Check samples carefully to find tiny mistakes.
e) Initiative
i. Overcome problems and alert to potential issues.
ii. Stay on top of the work
f) Quality Orientation
i. Meet quality and timelines
ii. Demonstrate attention to details, checking and monitoring own work
iii. Identify ways to improve quality of own work
g) Teamwork
i. Collaborate with group members to complete tasks
ii. Identify and address barriers to effective teamwork
iii. Demonstrate flexibility in work for the team
