职位概要Summary of Job Description
Set up project cost estimation procedure, prepare all the cost estimation relative fundamental documentations,Fulfill the project cost estimating task according to the inquiry requirement;Fulfill other tasked assigned by leaders within internal sales team ,sales assistant & commercial officer.
建立成本项目成本预算流程，编制与项目成本预算有关的基础性文件，根据询价要求完成项目成本预算任务；完成领导交给的其它任务。

职责描述 Area of Responsiblility/Task
Set up project cost estimation procedure, prepare all the cost estimation relative fundamental documentations.建立成本项目成本预算流程，编制与项目成本预算有关的基础性文件
Make the inquiry projects cost estimation and make the quotation draft;
为询价项目做项目成本预算并编制报价书草案；
Collect actual cost data of executed project and comparing it with the cost of quotation stage, in order to
improve cost estimation work level continuously;
 统计已执行项目的实际成本数据，与报价阶段的成本进行比较，以达到不断提高成本估算业务水平的目的；
Collect the relevant data, fulfill analysis report
收集相关数据，完成相应的分析报告
Support the cost control for on going projects;Assist sales to make quotation and perfromance result reports。
协助项目进行过程中的成本控制；协助销售制作报价书
Fulfill the work requested by the leader.
完成领导要求的其他工作。

技能 Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
Language skill: English; 语言能力：英语
Minimum 3 years experience in cost estimation field, at least 2 years mechanical company working
Experience; 3年以上成本预算工作经验，2年以上机械工厂工作经验；
Master financial knowledge of cost accounting, gross margins, recoveries, cash flow, hedging, etc.;
掌握成本会议方面，毛利、覆盖、现金流、汇率等财务知识；
Familiar with cost structure and costing methods in mechanical manufacturing industry;
 熟悉机械制造行业的成本结构和核算方法；
Good English and the ability for using computer. Skilled at Microsoft Office software, especially EXCEL;
良好的英语能力及熟练计算机操作能力。熟练使用微软办公软件，尤其是EXCEL；
Good at team work 较好的团队协作能力。

总体要求 General Requirments(Education, Training, Working Experience, Capabilities, Attitude, Working Conditions etc.)
5.1 Bachelor degree on engineering, more than 3 years experience in mechanical manufacturing area, working on heavy industry business prefer;
      工程类本科学历，三年以上机械制造领域工作经验，重型行业尤佳；
5.2 Familiar with cost structure and costing methods in mechanical manufacturing industry;
      熟悉机械制造行业的成本结构和核算方法；
5.3 Familiar with material pricing standard of mechanical product;
      熟悉机械产品的材料定价标准；
5.4 Know about mathematics model of cost estimation and master estimation methods;
      了解成本预算数学模型，掌握预算方法；
5.5 Master financial knowledge of cost accounting, gross margins, recoveries, cash flow, hedging, etc.;
      掌握成本会议方面，毛利、覆盖、现金流、汇率等财务知识；
5.6 Minimum 3 years experience in cost estimation field, at least 2 years mechanical company working
Experience;
