2. 具备编剧的基本能力，会叙事，懂基本镜头语言，具有专业的编剧素质
3. 具有很强的沟通能力，有良好的团队合作精神，具有高度责任心
4. 精通三幕结构，“英雄之旅”等股市结构更佳
任职要求：
1. 戏剧编导等相关专业本科及以上毕业，具备扎实的文学素养和文字功底
2. 敏锐的洞察力，思维活跃，有创造力
3. 拥有丰富的编剧、作家、写手资源者优先
4. 能独立完成微电影剧本及项目内容策划编写
5. 同时也参与基于消费者研究的品牌宣传内容创作，品牌娱乐创造项目
