职位描述：
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Technical Director is the guarantor of the technique & technology strategy for the IT Department.
2. He professionalizes the practice of architecture.
3. He provides support to projects and operations through the expertise within its various domains.
4. He develops an ecosystem of external partnerships and animate communities of experts.
5. He delivers solutions and services on decisional and Big Data areas.
6. He defines and shares the strategic direction across all layers of Architecture“Business, functional, application, data and technology”.
7. He develops and deploys solutions, innovative methods and platforms, agile and digital.
8. He ensures incubation services, dissemination, cross-fertilization, awareness and training to the actors of the Business and IT Department.

Requisite experience
1. At least 7 years surrounded in Technology and Architecture management.
2. Good experience in urbanization of a whole information system.
3. Well familiarize with agile methods and frameworks like Scrums, DevOps, …
4. Good vision of how Big Data architecture has to be built in order to ensure the transformation of the whole information system.
5. Experience in a multinational company which is working is really preferred.
6. Understands how technology, methodology evolve in order to be proactive in information system architecture evolution.

1. Proven track record in driving change across a complex business
2. High capability to work in team.
3. Good capacity to prioritize problems and good capability to solve them.
4. Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
5. Open minded to continuous change and improvement
6. Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.

8. Positive forward-looking mind set with “can do” attitude.

Language skills：
Bilingual capacities: Chinese and English language skills are essential.

Education：
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field is required. A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required. 举报 分享
