Job Responsibility:
1. Assure assembly line finish production plan at right time, in right quality.
2. Bring all information from line leaders to the morning meeting and give feedback to line leaders, assure that actions are followed up from the morning meeting, in time and with right quality.
3. Define training level of direct workers and check training status of them
4. Actively look for any possibility that could influence quality in a negative way, act on it immediately and report it to the manager as soon as possible.
5. Detect and initiate improvement on quality and productivity.
6. Check all company standards are upheld and instructions are followed.
7. React to any unsafe situation immediately.
8. Conduct frequent process analysis to judge improvements on the line, and report monthly to MOE manager on improvement possibility.

Job Requirements:
1) At least 3 years shop floor supervisor/shift leader experience in foreign-owned enterprise.
2) Strong responsibility, firm leadership skill, adapt flexible working hours(overtime and/or nightshift)
3) Live in nearby Jia Ding district.
