职位描述：
Position Purpose:
Execute day-to-day target commodity (Source to Pay) procurement activities (e.g., commodity sourcing execution, execution of budget) in order to deliver targeted cost reductions

Key Accountabilities:
Execute commodity sourcing strategy and defined strategic sourcing process for commodity
Utilize tools and techniques that align to standardized processes
Drive contract negotiation, development, and implementation for commodity
Issue, manage, and evaluate RF(x)s
Monitor supply markets and industries including pricing trends, new suppliers and alternative solutions
Identify critical supply disruption points in upstream value chain and formulate an effective strategy for mitigation
Support the management of supplier contracts and agreements
Support continuous improvement in spend and demand management processes
Partner with Procurement Analytics to perform ongoing price/ rate benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
Leverage advanced analytics to identify ways to reduce and optimize current and future spend including planning, forecasting, aggregating risk analysis, governance, and compliance
Provide ongoing feedback to Procurement Analytics for additional/ modified analysis opportunities
Set cost targets to support annual budgeting processes
Support APQP and STFC activities, as necessary
Travel 5-10% of time

Competency Requirements:
Ability to work and collaborate on a global level with international teams recognizing cultural nuances and intricacies desired
Ability to analyze complex pricing proposals
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Negotiation skills desired
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Commodity management and Low Cost Country sourcing experience desired
Exposure to supplier/ customer strategies/ programs involving supplier partnerships desired
