Purpose
To bring the IKEA offer to Beicai market in order to secure our vision; to improve everyday life at home and to contribute to the effective achievement of our objectives, we need a
strong local PMA marketing team. In order to make store marketing more local relevant, this position will update the local store web pages and support other local store marketing issues, meanwhile, he or she needs to take internal communication work.
Mandate
This position will update and secure the quality of the local website to meet customers' needs and commercial/communication calendar: Actively support different marketing projects with great service and learning attitude, to be a contact window for internal communication
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Drive local websites update in a regular (weekly) base
· Understand the local customer needs and online search habit
· Drive local websites best use according to local commercial/communication calendar
· Coordinating with all store functions for potential use of store website to increase the best shopping experience from home to home.
Internal communication
· To be the internal communication contact window for Beicai store
Support PMA marketing project
· Enhance implementation and follow up for Beicai marketing projects (including
catalogue/brochure distribution, PR events and IKEA FAMILY member / store activities, etc)


Requirement
Knowledge
A strong understanding of the IKEA Concept and values
Marketing the IKEA Way basic understanding
Website editing guideline and tools
Rich knowledge about IKEA range, with focus on LSB and IKEA long term priorities
Knowledge of local market and life at home

Motivation

Strong interest in home furnishing and improving life at home and love to share externally
Service attitude for support others in the team
Working with people and active communication

Capability
Able to coordinate and drive the local websites update according to commercial/ communication calendar
Able to build up close relationships with all functions in the stores
Efficiency in daily work and quick learning ability to support different functions in local marketing team.
