Job Description:
>Implement sales strategies, achieve sales growth and increase market share of LGC products in the defined area;
贯彻及落实销售策略从而提高相应区域的销售业绩及产品占有率。
>Build, develop, maintain close relationship with key pharma companies to identify and capture the growth opportunities in the appointed accounts through closely working with distributors.
通过和经销商的紧密合作从而开发、维系在医药领域的重要客户,以促进销售。
>To be focal point in the communication between clients and external/internal stakeholders to fully utilize the resources from headquarter to well satisfy the customer needs.
保持与客户及内外部利益相关者之间的有效沟通,并充分使用总部的资源来满足客户需求。
>Play a key role in developing the business development strategy in the key accounts.
大客户开发及推动业务发展的驱动者。
Qualification:
>Bachelor (preferable advanced Degree) in science is a must.
科学技术领域本科及以上
>Tracking record as commercial role targeting pharma industry OR R&D/QC working experience in pharma companies will be required.
具备医药行业销售经验或医药公司研发、质检相关经验
>Excellent communication skills to deal with scientific conversation with customers.
具有卓越且专业的沟通能力
>Good English communications in both oral and written.
良好的英语口语及书写能力
>Self-motivated, quick learning and business sense.
具备商业意识、学习能力强、上进心
>Willing to travel.
