• Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:
• Fully understand client's business needs
• Prioritize market research requirements , plan research projects and use of different data sources under the guide of manager
• Data analysis and assist manager on analysis and reporting
• Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independently

• Understand the client’s business needs and apply them into research design and analysis
• Daily contact with client, address their ad-hoc request
• Build good relationship with client

• Bachelor degree, preferably major in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, economics, ideally a master qualification
• Ideally clinical medical background
• English language skills are important. CET-6 is a must-have requirement, or above.

• Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours essential
• Reliable and able to work to demanding client deadlines
• Team work
• Excellent interpersonal skills required including strong listening skill and the ability to be empathetic
• Good communication skills
• Able to travel outside of home office as required
• Self confident without being over confident
• Ideally healthcare company sales and marketing experience
• Ideally overseas work and study experience
