职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)





Improve the efficiency of cash flow forecast to support business needs, includes

1. Consolidated and review liquidity ACT,FC,PL report for Chinese entities timely

2. Ensure WGC cash position/bank charge to management and global system timely and accuracy

3. Analysis and explain the reason of the difference of all variance between ACT v FC

4. Work with accounting, procurement dept. to improve FC accuracy

5. To support business team by collecting/analyzing financial data regarding economic, industry, competitors etc. from financial view

6. To support development of local reports & distribute management reports, prepare presentations





Work together with global treasury team and local team on approved funding plan implementation, includes

1. Facility agreement review, prepare and follow up conditions negotiation

2. Ensure loan status in global system monthly timely and accuracy

3. Loan related expense completed timely and correctly

4. Help to compare the bank strength and weakness to save company interests





Implement proper internal control and governance processes are in place, includes

1. Be proactive to learn the SAFE/PBOC regulation and communicate with them to support various business needs

2. Support F&A team to complete quarter end and annual closing





Other ad hoc reports timely or adequate assistance as per requirement













REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

? Bachelor or Master degree from related University, majoring in accounting / finance

? Over 2 years of work experiences with bank / treasury / financial analysis or accounting

? Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus

? Good communication skills

? Fluent in both verbal and written English
