职位描述：
? Assist line Manage to run e-com monthly meetings to highlight and articulate key sales, inventory, margin, store performance, future opportunities and risks for all online channels/stores.
? Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly business reporting and provide expert analysis on trends and recommendations.
? Develop seasonal recaps/ business plans for each channels. This will fuel future season demand planning as well as monthly stock-level plans.
? Partner with merchandising team to recommend promotion price of products/bundles based on different e-com campaigns.
? Partner with operation team to track the product orders, make sure they arrived on time at full quantity.
? Create or follow the processes to optimize online channels/dealers allocation and replenishment processes.
? Arrange stock transfers between e-com, retail, B2B, hotel and TV shopping.
? New products training for different venders and dealers.

Requirement
? Over 3 years e-commerce merchandiser experience.
? Fully understand t-mall/JD backend and rules.
? Bachelor degree or above, good speaking and writing in English.
? Prefer fast fashion apparel, shoes or bags experience.
? Good analysis ability. Strong sense in logic.
? Professional skill on PPT, excel, word etc. 举报 分享
