Position: Macom & CRM Administrator-ATG
Report to: VP, Advanced Tech Asia-ATG
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities
Support local LOB on Marcom strategy and execution, provide CRM Support to local LOB.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree or over 3 years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
Relevant experience in customer service and marketing communication for 3-5 years, with MNC experience is preferred.
Other Qualifications
Good sense of Marcom and customer oriented, on time reaction and work closely with local LOB, effective communication and feedback, work proactively and fast learner.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and regal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles from publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
Business Tools
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Proficiency with Web Page analytical tools.
Minimum of 2 years experience with a CRM application comparable to SF. Com
Desire, but not mandatory.
Salesforce.com-Administration (Advanced)
Salesforce.com Development (Basic) using Epex and Visualforce.
