职位描述
JD:
1. Make technical evaluation on samples for all textiles categories to ensure the correct quality, fitting workmanship and measurements during all the process from the sample development to the production.
从打样到生产对所有服装纺织款式做出技术评估,确保质量,装配工艺和尺寸正确无误。
2. Check proto samples, Size set samples (with size grade) and pre production sample, make clear comments in English with measurements, pictures and sketch details to help explain/solve problems.
查看试样,尺寸样和产前样并能清晰地用英文书写意见附上尺寸,照片,草图以解释/解决问题。
3. Coordinate with suppliers about the samples’ comment to clarify the key points of workmanship. Find the possible solution to improve samples when found mistakes, misunderstanding.
与供应商协调样品意见并弄清楚工艺的关键点。当发现问题或误解是能够找到解决方案来提高样品的品质。
4. Be able to read and work on pattern to detect problems and improve shape.
能够阅读并擅长样板从而发现问题提高版型。
5. Train suppliers and help them well understand all French technical requests, brands, quality and workmanship requested.
对供应商进行培训,帮助他们更好理解法国对服装技术要求,品牌,质量和工艺的要求等。
6. Work closely with Supplier, merchandiser, Quality controller. Help detect in advance and find technical solutions during productions step when necessary.

JR:
1. Experience: At least 3 years working as Quality Auditor (QA Technician) in textile.
至少3年以上服装技术员工作经验。
2. Understand the European clothing market, quality and requirements

3. Well know the workmanship, pattern construction of garment sample, ability to detect problems on measurements/pattern construction/fitting and find solutions to resolve prolems.
熟悉工艺,服装纸样结构,能够察觉尺寸/纸样,结构/版型等问题并能够解决问题。
4. Be familiar with the main types of woven and knitted garment production process during sample making and production.
在样品制作生产期间,熟悉主要梭织和针织服装款式的生产流程。
6. Software: Pack Office: EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT
Be familiar with ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP and PATTERN SOFTWARE is better
了解office软件,EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT, 如果能够掌握ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP and PATTERN 者优先。
7. ENGLISH : Speak, Read, Write / Be familiar with the professional garment in English
能够掌握英语,熟悉专业服装英文。
8. Be with team cooperate spirit and strong communication. Motivation, dynamism and autonomy on work are necessary and strength.
