职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for establishing and improving company's business management system;
2. According to company’s strategy, guide business departments to achieve objectives and be responsible for the company’s operating results.
3. In charge of company’s core projects, including planing developing, and implementing the tourism destinations, resorts, and hotels.
4. Establish key indicators and evaluation system of operation management and analyze industry benchmarking timely;
5. Keep finger on the company pulse, identify problems and provide feasible suggestions to chairman.
6. Handle public relations, creating a favorable external environment for company.
7. Be responsible for building and managing the company's human resources team.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in construction engineering, investment, law, economics, tourism and hospitality management, or MBA.
2.15 years operation management working experience of well-known hotels, resorts, or theme parks，serving as vice president, vice general manager, or above.
3. Under 45 years of age; proficient in English and French; understand Chinese and French nationality is preferred.
4. Strong ability to judge, analyze and solve problems; Good at management, coordination, organization, and leadership.
5. If you are particularly good, the conditions can be relaxed.

岗位职责：
1、负责建立、健全、完善公司商业经营的管理体系；
2、根据公司总体规划，指导业务部门的工作开展，实现各项目经营战略和目标，并对公司的经营结果负责。
3、负责公司旅游目的地、度假村、酒店开发项目的组织、开展、实施；
4、落实公司运营管理的关键指标和评价体系，并定期提供行业对标研究报告;
5、实时掌握企业最新动态，发现问题并及时向董事长提出可行性意见或建议;
6、协调处理公司对外公共关系，为公司发展创造良好的外部环境；
7、负责公司人力资源团队的搭建和维护。
任职要求：
1、全日制建筑工程相关专业、投资学、法学、经济学、旅游酒店管理、工商管理专业本科及以上。
2、15年以上知名酒店，度假村，主题乐园运营管理经验，担任副总经理以上职务。
3、45岁以下，精通英语，法语，会中文更好，法国籍优先考虑。
4、有较强判断、分析和解决问题的能力以及管理、协调、组织、领导能力。
