工作职责：
1. 独立熟练地操作各种分析仪器，比较熟悉岛津仪器，遇到小故障，能及时排除。
2. 能独立开发IPC分析方法，包括分析条件与方法专属性的确认。
3. 与工艺合成研发人员或工程师保持沟通联系，及时解决存在的问题。
4. 良好的R&D职业素养，确保行为举止符合公司IP，安全，卫生等规范。

岗位要求：
1. 药物分析、分析化学或相关专业。
2. 硕士+2年或以上相关工作经验，或本科+5年或以上工作经验，有药厂QC经验优先考虑。
3. 良好的个人品质和团队合作精神。
4. 具有钻研精神，有能在短时间内解决实际问题的能力 。

COMPANY OVERVIEW

PHT International was founded in Charlotte, NC in 1993 by Mrs. Li Hong Yu. PHT International began as a chemical trading company specializing in textile and dye intermediates.
