Main responsibilities:
- Daily IT support
- Assist IT Supervisor with Centralized IT Infrastructure projects.
- Maintenance of Centralized IT infrastructure(VMware platform, Servers, Network, Active Directory, Infrastructure Monitor, WSUS, Backup, Ticket System).
- IT Assets Management
- IT related training for end users

Education background and experience:
- College Degree in computer science, information systems, or IT related subjects;
- More than 2 years' experience in related position.

Skills:
- Good knowledge and skills in IT end user support;
- Experience of AD, Firewall, VPN, VMware, Lotus Notes, LINUX support is preferred;
- Good command of English in oral and writing;

Personality:
- Accuracy and reliability,
- Self-confidence, team ability, highly motivated.
- Good teamwork, Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, diligent and loyal,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
