Sales Engineer

Key responsibilities:主要职责：

1. Contact and negotiate with customers, process customized quotations and contracts with sufficient technical understanding
开发新客户，与客户进行沟通，根据掌握的技术知识为客户提供最优报价和合同
2. Proactively understand and identify customer needs for continuous improvements
理解发觉确认客户的实际需求，为客户带来持续性更新
3. Visit customer and maintain the overall customer relationship
定期拜访客户维护整体客户关系
4. Ensure timely response to the enquiries and requests from customers
及时回复客户的要求和询价
5. Joint responsible for technical solution, implementation and optimization
与小组成员共同承担技术解决方案的确定、执行和优化的责任
6. Generate reports regularly for forecast and performance tracking
定期对过往活动和预期进行销售报告
7. Analyze business and market data and make actionable recommendations for Divisional Management
分析商务和市场数据，对客户归类进行可执行建议



Qualification and Requirements
资格和要求
1. Bachelor degree or above; Major in marketing, food packaging, electronics, mechanical engineering or automation etc.
1. 本科学历及以上，专业为市场营销，食品包装，电子，机械工程或自动化等
2. 2+ years working experience in MNC or related industry experience, sales practice in food and beverage filling and packaging equipments is preferred.
2. 两年以上跨国公司或相关行业工作经验，有食品饮料灌装包装设备销售经验者优先
3. Strong convincing capability with good oral communication skills
3. 具有较强口头表达能力和说服能力
4. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members.
4. 良好的团队合作精神，与客户和团队成员易合作
5. Strong team player, self-managed and proactive
5. 强烈的团队精神，自我管理，积极主动
6. Strong logical thinking, with the willingness and capability to learn new knowledge & skills in new area.
6. 有较强逻辑思维能力，具有学习新领域中新知识技能的意愿和能力
7. Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
7. 优秀的英语说，听，写能力
8. Good presentation skill.
8. 良好的表达技巧
9. Can work under pressure
9. 能够承受压力工作
10. Travel frequently is required.
10. 适用经常性出差
