Job Description:

Be responsible for the preparation of the recombinant proteins using insect baculovirus expression system;
Be responsible for compiling the experimental data, summarizing the experimental results, and submitting the work report regularly;
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving SOP of insect expression system;
In charge of routine management and maintenance of insect laboratory;
Cooperate with colleagues to accomplish other R&D duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor with 5+ years experience or Master Degree with 2+ years experience in Molecular Biology or Cell Biology related Life Science field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
2+ years experience in preparation of recombinant proteins using insect baculovirus expression system;
Be able to complete the operations from package of baculovirus to purification of recombinant proteins independently;
Good reading and writing skills in English and good teamwork spirit with other colleagues.

分子生物学或细胞生物学相关领域本科五年工作经历或硕士两年以上经历，或者与此相等的教育及工作经历；
2年以上采用昆虫杆状病毒表达系统完成重组蛋白表达的经验；
能独立完成从杆状病毒包装到重组蛋白纯化的一系列工作；
良好的英语阅读和写作能力，良好的团队合作精神。
