Job Description:

Assist manager in leading mAb group for monoclonal antibody projects;
Provide scientific expertise on designing and implementing experimental plans from antigen selection, immunization, screening to purification;
Provide scientific expertise on designing and implementing experimental plans
Develop, track and manage detailed development program timelines, resource allocations, deliverables and milestone progress, ensure delivery high quality data and products on time
Generate the laboratory request documents. Give research presentation and share other daily laboratory operational works
Provide support to the management team on project updates / reports as needed
Accomplish other R&D duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biochemistry, immunology or cell biology
1+ years work experience in Industrial /academic related to antibody
Highly self-motivated and organized
Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking skills
Good team player with interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in writing and speaking English with strong ability in preparing reports
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and present data. Previous GMP /GLP experience or Oversea experience are plus
