Responsibilities:

Lead or coordinate activities related with the customer, eg.
Develop and maintain customer relationship;
Establish effective communications. Actively provide timely aid to customers inquiries;
Develop short term and long term strategic business plan for growth.

Requirements:

College Degree or above in related fields.
Two years related customer service experience is required.
Any trade service or sourcing working experience would be preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English, verbal and written.
Good computer skills in CRM, excel, word and PowerPoint.
Positive, motivating and inspiring personalities.
