职位描述：
？ Support training and talent management related activities and projects, keep systematic tracking and filing of training related documentations and records.
？ Provide HR support in performance management process, including facilitates annual Performance Development Plan implementation, deliver performance management training, partner with business in poor performance management, disciplinary action, etc.
？ In charge of work force administration, including new employee on-boarding, exit administration, labor contract management, probation assessment etc.
？ Support in employee engagement and relation management, including employee communication activities e.g. town hall meetings, skip-level meetings, employee engagement survey execution, team building, reward and recognition etc.
？ Maintain a systematic employees database, provide regular reporting & metrics
？ Support in on-going improvement in different HR processes and projects as assigned; Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and strictly implemented in business
？ Support in development and coaching of supervisors and managers
？ Support in recruitment activities
？ Provide support in other projects as required e.g. Graduate Program
？ Fully comply with company EHS requirement
？ Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualification：
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Minimum 5 years’ working experience in human resource, Solid work experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
？ Good command of verbal and written English;
？ Proactive and reliable, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
？ Skillful software practice on excel, word, access, powerpoint, etc
？ Good analytic skill, attention to detail
？ High self-initiative and willing to learn and stretch
？ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, Able to work independent 举报 分享
