职位描述：
1.Leading technical team in building reliable, repeatable, technical implementation plans for each customer suited to their needs and our resources.
2.Good communication with sales and customer service team to support business development.
3.Supports global innovation strategy and development.
4.Drives efforts leading to optimization of raw material sources, the product portfolio, product quality, process routings and cost benefits
Engages with customers and stakeholders to align on project goals, timing and budget and to ensure resource commitments
5.Leading technical team in building reliable, repeatable, technical implementation plans for each customer suited to their needs and our resources.
6.Keep management apprised of changing markets trends and developments.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree, major is printing or packaging relevant
2.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in printing and packaging industry.
3.Ideal experience would include printing and/or packaging in folding carton.
4.Experience in managing technical projects and initiatives through cross-function teams
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good business acumen
6.Fluent in English writing and Mandarin skills a must
7.Ability to travel, including internationally as required.
8.Experience in implementing new products, process, and materials. 举报 分享
