Equipment Programmer/Enigneer
Job Scope:
1. Performs programming of various type of equipment such as solder paste printer, Pick & Place machines, AOI, robot and other equipment used in the product manufacturing process
2. Write equipment programs and monitor it to ensure proper program performance, process efficiency and quality
3. Work with machine operators, process engineers, maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operation of work centers to meet production schedules
4. Assist in the evaluation of new equipment and programming tools
5. Create proper instructions for equipment use and maintenance

Education and skill required:
1. Accurate and detail oriented
1. Advanced PC skills
2. Ability to manage time between multiple task and set priorities; may be required to work overtime to fulfill customer commitments
3. Advanced ability to read and understand blueprints, component specification and other technical documents
4. Ability to train others in machine setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Experience required:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience as a machine programmer in electronic manufacturing business
