Major Responsibilities:

-Responsible for developing daily agenda organizing and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
-Preparation of presentations, reports, management documents and following up of important meetings with international and local colleagues, suppliers, VIP clients or other 3-party organizations.
-Support Executive Director in business analysis data, marketing information collection, monthly sales and marketing budget and follow up the implement of China market.
-Work as internal communication bridge to maintain teamwork and promote harmonious relationships in the work environment.
-All other duties as assigned including special projects

Qualifications:
-Master degree or above in Business, Administration or Accounting, MBA will be plus.
-5 years foreign or JV enterprise relative working experience in sales, marketing, business development and management in industrial products will be preferred.
-Good English and Financial Software is a must.
-Good communication and interpersonal skill.
-Honest, good interpersonal and communication skill
-Good team work player and the ability to work under the pressure.
