职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Statement of Work (SOW) Responses
· Create execution plan (assign tasks, due dates, ownership roles)
· Monitor and facilitate status of completion
· Draft and compile open question list
· Schedule senior management review meetings
· Work with SBU Director to assign delegates
· Draft and tailor sales content
· Draft engineering team structure and ramp-up schedule
· Review engineering content for spelling, grammar and inclusion of overall positioning
· Interview engineers and draft success stories
· Work with senior management to qualify leads (Go/No Go decisions)
· Check resource availability
· Work with legal director in order to protect company legally
· Work with CFO to determine appropriate rates for each opportunity
· Work with Recruiting to determine resource availability and estimated cost of employment
· Customer/Prospect Visits
· Coordinate client visit agendas, schedules and resource availability of attendees
· Prep presenters with client background and positioning
· Request support from domain specialists and coach responses
· Attend meetings, sell capabilities
· Assist Engineering and Marketing in the development of client tours and billboard material
· Visitor and Company Background Research (send out to attendees/presenters)
· Software Estimations
· Ensure process compliance
· Monitor and communicate estimation status
· Review assumptions
· Engineering Calls
· Coordinating PPT presentations
· Coaching presenter responses
· Client Interviews
· Assist Engineering in identifying client interview candidates
· Assist L&D in Client Interview Preparation
· Conduct mock client interviews by phone/in-person (as needed)
· Work with Sales Directors to provide background on Client requirements and expectations
· Coach client interview responses
· Others
· Respond to ad hoc sales director inquiries
· Maintain documentation repository
· Interface with Marketing during marketing collateral creation processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional Competencies: You are able to understand what the customer needs, tailor Bleum's service to meet those needs, motivate a cross-functional team to help create the solution, explain (or help sell) the solution, help close the deal (extending through legal negotiations), and frequently stay involved to ensure that the engineering delivery team is able to provide the proposed solution.
Interpersonal Competencies: Advanced communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Leadership Competencies (Optional): Must have demonstrated project and people management skills (across virtual/tiger teams in different departments, functions, cultures, and continents preferred)
Minimum Educational Level: Bachelors Degree (in Information Systems, Computer Science, other Engineering Discipline, or Business)-Masters Degree Preferred
Minimum Years of Experiences: 4+ years of experience with software development (preferably in a software services company)
Others: (Language Capability etc.) Experience working in China is preferred. Strong writing and editing skills are fundamental to your success in this position.
