任职要求:
1、flash前台动画，互动，熟悉Flash高级编程互动效果，精通前台Flash特效、掌握FMS技术或有媒体播放器开发经验优先，有Flash网站开发经验优先。
2、Flash基础知识扎实，有丰富的开发经验，熟悉面向对象编程，精通AS3/AS2编程；
3、熟悉PHP语言编程；
4、熟悉常用内置类以及开源类库框架，熟悉Flash与后台的挂接和数据交互 (XML、JS、Remoting、Socket)，掌握基本的数据库交互；
备注：只做前台，不做后台
