JOB OBJECTIVES:
Coordinate all production need by supervisors with production rate and product quality.
?配合车间生产 以保证生产效率和产品质量。
?Responsible for the smooth and safe operation of assigned process units for the WS7 plant according to operation manual and set data for process and quality control.
?根据操作手册和工艺,质量设定值,确保生产装置稳定安全生产.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow shift superviser’s assignment to perform daily shift operation at assigned plant
equipment in synlube plant including dump bags, unloading/loading RM/FG.
服从班长安排进行车间日常操作包括投料和卸原料及装产品。.
2. Maintain and restore the smooth and safe operation on the assigned equipment in synlube plant in normal and during plant upsets along with shift supervisor .
与班长一起负责车间生产,在生产异常时,恢复至稳定和安全生产.
3. Follow working instructions such as taking samples from the process vessels to the Quality Control Lab during the shift as required in the Quality Control Plan.
根据QC计划要求负责 本班从生产容器中取样.
4. Make inspection on site for the entire WS7 area every hour. Report any problem to shift supervisor or acting supervisor especially on environmental pollution issues。每小时进行现场巡检并及时报告班长是否有异常，尤其是环境污染问题.。
5. Good house keeping for the assigned area at WS7.
负责车间指定区域的清洁和保养工作.
6. Be cautious for any overflowing of process vessels or storage tanks for the assigned equipment and the entire area and WS7.
对负责区域内生产容器和储罐负责.
7. Record and report actual production readings on the shift daily log sheets with clean
Handwriting. Carefully listen and read shift notes during shift change.
认真,真实完成日常交接班.
8. Act as the emergency response team member, including for fire fighting, chemical leakage,first aid.应急响应（火灾、化学品泄漏、急救）组成员
REQUIREMENTS:
1.中专以上学历，化学相关专业
2.在化工行业三年以上工作经验，接触过反应堆，有机化学
