职位描述：
Daily work:

1. Understand brands request, souring good suppliers, correct products in order to build up collection with French team.
2. Price negotiation, supervise production, problem solving when needed.
3. Manage supplier base according to strategy and objective.
4. Monitor Assistant in daily work basis.
5. Team support and contribution when needed.

Management:
1. Do necessary training to team members.
2. Strongly support manager’s daily work to reach POLE M objective.
3. Smoothly communication with French team and EBO team.
4. Follow and respect EBO disciplines.

职位要求：
1. Sourcing the right product and right suppliers to fulfill brands request.
2. Work with French team to build up collection according to request.
3. Work closely with POLE M ACC Manager for KPI reach and team management.
