Job Purpose:

Work with UK each function and JQ team to make sure

New product introduce into JQ smoothly

New product supply to customer on-time-in-full

Min material write off

Special Knowledge & Skill :

Import & Export basic knowledge

Good computer skill in MS-Office

Basic ERP or MFG/pro system knowledge

Good communication skill

Can communicate in English in writing and reading

Key Responsibilities:

Work with UK to handling all JQ related NPD projects

Share NPD with JQ operation team in order to make sure

1) all projects are discussed with team

2) all the necessary preparation has been done

3) all concerns and constrains have been raised and covered

Learning and sharing summary and communicate between UK and JQ team

Work with related functions to manage all the steps for each NPD project in order to make sure

1) BOM set up and active at JQ system on time

2) Material ready on time for production

3) Machine and resource ready for first production

4) All the functions job done and ready for first production

Work with IPT and material planner to make sure

1) Old/new material replacement smooth

2) Write off cost control within a min level

3) Replacement timing estimation and control as well as support NPD launch in line with market needs

Ensure to complete quality related record on time and store properly
