The position is set to be responsible for all facility affaires and installing/construction projects in new plant.

Responsibility:
1. Maintain and manage all facilities inclusive of fire, water & power, machines and office equipments, support the plant layout by leveraging outside consultants and resources.

维护并管理包括火、水、电力设备、机器及办公设备在内的所有设施。
2. Follow up the process of new plant infrastructure establishment and machines installation.

跟进新厂的基础设施建设及机器的安装过程。

3. Build and maintains good relationships with governments, utilities infrastructure providers and facility contractors.

与政府、公共设施供应商及工厂承包商建立并维护良好的关系。

4. Evaluate facilities or project requirements and give appropriate proposals to management.

评估设备或工程需求，并给予管理层合理的提案。

5. Ensure construction and project implementation to comply with the plans & schedule, local standards, specifications and budgets controls.

确保工程建设根据计划、流程、当地规范及预算控制实行。
6. Be familiar with water/gas/electric layout in new plant building.

熟悉新工厂的水、煤气、电力设备布局。
7. Involve in and monitor equipments setting-up and debugging to assure all equipment are meet plant requirements.

参与并监督设备安排计划，调试并确保所有设备符合工厂要求。
8. Support continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilities.

为不断增强生产率、提高效率、提升质量提供持续努力。
9. In charge of plant security and play a primary role in HSE, recommend safety policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliable.

负责工厂安全相关事项，确保安全相关政策合法、合理。
10. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Directors.

其他运营总监安排的工作。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor 's degree in Engineering/Mechanics/Electricity/Automation.

工程/机械/电子/自动控制相关专业本科学历。

2. Above 5 years of Maintenance/Engineering/Project experience in manufacturing industry.

五年以上制造行业维修、工程、项目管理经验。

3. Experience with facilities design/construction practices is a plus.

相关工程设计、建设实践经验佳。
4. Common knowledge of AutoCAD, electricity, project and HSE.

机械制图、电子、项目管理和HSE相关知识。

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

6. Good oral and written English.

7. Good PC skill.
