职位概述 Position Overview
? 根据乐园内各设施的运营需求制订物料计划并主导相应的物流配送， 并在满足基本需求的情况下，维持高效经济的库存水平。
? 制订并推行高效的标准采购流程，使之能够保证内部/外部供应商供货的顺畅有序、配送及时，并在此前提下不断追求降低成本。
? 主持并致力于制订采购与配送的标准流程的制订。
? 制定内部/外部计划，实现高效的供应商物料供应链。
? 在追求不断优化库存水平、订货量、交货时间、包装与运输成本的的同时，确保满足产品和备件的需求。
? 作为系统的资深用户，致力于协调和解决系统问题， 例如：BI报告的维护、提出更改申请以及日常的持续性的对于收发货的系统支持。
? 关注第三方物流服务供应商的业务表现， 尤其在库存管理、每月预算和成本控制方面，并衡量其增值服务的质量。
? Plans and directs the material planning and material logistic functions to meet the facility plan objectives and satisfy customer needs. Balance production and inventory levels.
? Plans, initiates, and maintains a material procurement process that establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quality and timely delivery for facility material purchases from internal/external suppliers.
? Lead efforts to install standard processes for Purchases and delivery schedule.
? Develops and directs internal/external material flow planning. Implements efficient supplier and interplant material supply plans.
? Meets production and parts requirements while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times, packaging, and transportation costs.
? Focusing on System Super User, coordinating system issue, BI reports maintenance, submitting change request and ongoing event receiving/delivery support.
? Work with 3rd party logistic service provider performance, focusing on the warehouse inventory management. Monthly warehouse budget and cost control. Valued added service performance.

? 与各业务线的主管们密切合作，根据物料需求计划，整合出物料计划日程表。持续更新物料计划日程表，并根据采购需求制订供应商配送计划日程。
? 在系统物料主数据的领域，提供相应的建议和意见。
? 对于关键指标进行根本原因分析， 例如实际和预期的客户服务水平的对比、产品供应周期的稳定性等。
? 通过保持与各业务线同事的有效沟通， 制订出供应计划，并确保该计划的成功执行。
? 确保库存、收发货记录的准确性
? 根据对短期销售的预测以及对内部需求和外部产能的综合考量，安排订货与配送的轻重缓急
? 对相关的系统上线、升级、维护、软件更新等提供相应的支持。
? 协助标准支持流程的制订与贯彻。
? 与第三方物流供应商一起，致力于优化服务，提高效率。
? 致力于成为所在业务领域的专家，并在工作中发挥所长。
? Work with internal functional area leaders toward successful integration of a material schedule using existing MRP. Update the material master schedule continuously. Provide Purchasing with requisitions and vendor delivery schedules.
? Provides input into the global systems initiatives, as it relates to material master data.
? Publish and perform root cause analyses on key metrics including Customer Service Level, Actual vs. Scheduled Productions and Master Schedule Stability
? Interact frequently with each line of business department personnel to achieve capacity planning, leading to successful execution.
? Manage inventory and record accuracy.
? Monitors the short term sales forecast and assign priorities based on customer needs and production availability.
? Provides business support for system implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of applications.
? Assists with designs and implements standard support processes and policies.
? Working with 3rd party logistic team, leading and improve 3rd party efficiency and services.
? Serves as business expert in the segment.
资格要求Required Qualifications
? 5年以上制造业物料管理经验， 包括至少2年库存与采购管理。
? 熟练运用各种办公软件。
? SAP IM/WM 或 Oracle WMS的资深用户。
? 具备在整体组织架构内部沟通并带来成效的能力。
? 有消费品行业/制造业工作经验的为佳。
? 有能力解决复杂的问题，能从不同的资源处收集并分析数据，具有从不同的角度综合思考的能力
? 工程、财务、会计、信息系统、商务相关的学位
? 具有出色的英语书面和口语沟通能力
? 具有项目管理的能力
? 5 plus years’ experience in Manufacturing Materials management, including at least two years in Inventory and/or Purchasing management
? Experienced user of computer systems
? Super-User experience in recognized systems such as SAP IM and WM and Oracle WMS
? Able to work across matrix organizations and internationally to deliver results
? Experience in consumer goods industry / manufacturing preferred
? Ability to solve complex problems by gathering data from various sources; evaluates alternatives from multiple stakeholder perspectives
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related field
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
