Job Responsibilities and Authorities
– 整理和完善销售文档，及时更新
Collect and update documents of sales
– 制定/协助建立销售内部流程
Work out and assist to internal sales process in Raval SH
– 客户销售工作的展开：
Daily Customer Service
1) 订单的确认
Confirm the customer order
2) 预测的更新
Update the forecast
3) 内部生产协调以及发货的协调
Internal coordination of production and delivery
4) 发货跟踪
Follow up delivery
5) 开票申请，收款跟踪
Application to issue invoice and follow up payment
– 国产化支持（支持质量部）
Support production localization ( quality department )
– 新项目的内部协调
Internal coordination of new project
– Movex系统的输入工作
Movex work
– 物流：进口、通关、出口、发货等
Logistics: import, export, delivery, transportation, custom-clearance and so on
– 支持市场部工作，项目上的相关事宜
Support Marketing and projects

Arkal Automotive Tianjin was founded in 2012 as part of Arkal Plastic PorductS IL long run strategy for increasing production capabilities at the north area of China.

Arkal Automotive Tianjin was founded as an entirely local Chinese production company, Arkal Automotive Tianjin is being fully owned by Arkal Shanghai. Arkal Automotive Tianjin is located in Wuqing district which is about 80 km east south of Beijing. Wuqing is one of Tianjin main district.
