Part 2: Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the daily operations for the complete Logistics functions, including Planning, Warehouse, Import & Export, Logistics Engineering & SAP;
• Ensure On time delivery to all the customers
• Inventory target and all other Logistics KPIs need to secured
• New Plant extension will be the one major task in recent 2 years
• Forecast / Demand analysis and judgment is required as a major factor for the Plants planning
• Cooperate with all related stakeholder including, internal factory CO, FI, Sales, Purchasing and so on to get win-win result
• Securing, setting up of measures and controlling of the logistical quality of the total supply chain
• Defining, planning ,coordination and controlling of logistical projects
• On-going Improvement and optimization for logistics is required like:

- Standardization of the logistics processes

- transportation optimizing
- handing unit/returnable optimizing
- optimizing of intra-company-logistics
- service provider optimization
- managing / initialize / implement common logistics projects

- Consignment Management & Roll-out

Bachelor degree or education above

English, fluent,

Mandarine, fluent

2nd language of German preferred

Majors/Expertise:

Working experience requriement::

major in engineering or production technology, MBA in logistics will be an advantage;

minimum 15 years in an international company (JV or WFOE 5 years of experience in management of Logistics department,

Other requriement:

• Proficient in management skills incl. costs/ project / logistics management;
• Leadership experience
• Well organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Reliable, flexible and competent
• Open-minded and team-orientated
