职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in petrochemical area, understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
？ 负责开发和维护石油化工领域内的客户，发现并收集的项目信息，了解客户需求并提供解决方案
？ Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager;
？ 同销售经理一起制定销售策略，利润，市场份额等
？ To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel;
？ 开发管理必要的代理商和分销商
？ Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer ;
？ 通过直销或渠道方式销售阿法拉伐产品
？ Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance;
？ 针对国际项目，适用产品及工程协助等事项，协调总部和本地技术团队

Knowledge:
？ 3+ years working experience in sales in petrochemical industry;
？ 3年以上石油化工领域销售经验
？ University education in chemical / mechanical engineering; good knowledge on plate heat exchanger or decanter;
？ 学士或以上学历，机械或化工类专业
Skills: 技能
？ Fluent written and spoken English;
？ 英语读写听说流利
？ Good interpersonal communication .
？ 良好的沟通能力
？ Cross-cultural awareness.
？ 良好的跨文化意识
？ Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability;
