Mission 任务
In Charge of the Material Purchasing, assist Sales Manager on follow-up all orders of Production.
负责物料采购和协助业务人员进行公司所有生产订单的跟进。


MAIN TASKS 主要工作内容
1．Assist Sales Manager on Projects/Orders Production’s Follow-up and Coordination. Keep close daily communication with suppliers.
协助销售经理对所有生产订单进行紧密跟进与协调。与各供应商保持日常密切联系。

2. Materials sourcing. Include but not limited to Fabric, leather, hardware, accessories of furniture.
物料采购。包含但不限于面料、皮料、五金件，家具附件。

3. Coordinate with Production Manager of QC schedule according to the lead time & delivery time.
根据生产周期和发货时间，和质检人员协调安排质检行程。

4. Manage and update the Stock List in the factories of semi-finished products.
负责管理更新仓库半成品库存数据。

5. Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其它工作。


MAIN RESPONSIBILITY 主要责任
1. Control the Production Cost & Material Cost from the Suppliers to low down the cost of each project/order.
控制生产成本和物料成本，降低订单的总体成本。

2. Negotiate with the supplier about the payment time and price.
和供应商洽谈沟通付款条件和价格。

3. Based on the needs from the sales team to maximum the efficiency of the lead time.
根据销售团队/客户的需求，提高生产时间。



Experience/Education Required 任职资格
1. Good at writing and speaking English.
英语书写和会话能力良好。

2. Experience in the Furniture Field is preferred.
