职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ 负责废水处理区域运行管理工作，无HSE事故。
Be responsible for operation management in waste water treatment area, free of HSE accident.
？ 管理范围内的外排雨水无超标排放。
No non-compliance storm water drainage in the area.
？ 带领废水处理操作工，抓好团队建设，完成安全生产任务。
Lead waste water treatment operators, enhance team construction and complete tasks of production safety.
？ 减少外排有机废水的污染物，杜绝冲击废水排放到中法水务。发现废水预处理设施异常，及时向运转经理通报异常的同时取得与中法水务沟通，调整内、外排操作。
Reduce pollutant in drained organic waste water and prevent impact waste water from being drained to Sino-French. Report abnormalities of the waste water treatment facilities to operation managers timely and contact Sino-French simultaneously and adjust DCS and field operation.
？ 加强废水运行设施的管理，及时维护故障设备。
Enhance management of waste water operation facilities and maintain equipment with faults timely.
？ 维护好废水回用处理场的设施，不断优化废水运行条件，降低运行成本，最大化的回用废水。
Carry out effective maintenance on the facilities in waste water treatment plan, optimize operation conditions of waste water continuously, reduce operation cost and maximize recovery of waste water.
？ 鼓励员工提出合理化建议，优化操作和管理，创造一个良好的工作环境。
Encourage the staff to raise rational suggestions and optimize operation and management to create a good work environment.
？ 负责废水应急处理的预案，定期组织演练。
Be responsible for the plan of emergency treatment of waste water and organize drills periodically.
？ 经常去现场进行巡视，观察现场环境方面的差距，制定持续改进的计划。
Implement site tours often to observe the gaps in field environment and formulate continuous improvement plan.
？ 完成上级经理安排的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 具有化工工艺或环境管理专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above on chemical process or environment management.
？ 具有5年以上环保管理相关的工作等操作和管理经验。
More than 5-year work experience related to environment protection operation and management.
？ 具备生产人员的管理经验，并具有对装置生产运行有独到的建设性指导意见的能力。
Have management experience of production personnel and the ability to provide unique conducive instructions to production and operation of the plant.
？ 对行业生产、安全、技术以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解。
Have in-depth understanding of all kinds of national safety laws and rules of production, safety and technologies.
？ 善于协调并建立必要的人际关系和网络，具有一定的领导才能。
Good at coordination and establish necessary interpersonal relationship and network, have leadership ability of certain level.
？ 熟练使用计算机。
Proficiency in the use of computer.
