职位描述：
Job Description
        Oversee Ruder Finn Shanghai office finance operations, include but not limited to:Journal Entry verification, Month end closing; P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow preparation, etc;
？ Engage client service director to prepare Ruder Finn Shanghai Rolling forecast, Cash flow forecast;
？ Prepare the variance analysis on finance reporting.
？ Provide timely financial information to management by preparing reports and presentation materials for regular review (monthly, quarterly, annual performance review & tracking);
？ Work closely with function head to understand their financials and reasoning of variances in very detail basis
？ Engage external audit for annual statutory audit and annual tax filing
？ Provide the finance orientation to Ruder Finn Shanghai new hirers.
？ Ad. Hoc finance project engagement
？ This role will also involve in China level finance job, including:
        Help China FD consolidate Ruder Finn Group P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
        Set up China monthly closing the Rolling forecast timeline.
        Consolidate Group budget and rolling Forecast
        Calculate China function Opex allocation
        Act as liaison between Asia Pacific HQ to facilitate information sharing. Screen and clarify requests and questions from HQ to promote value-added activities.

Education Qualifications:
？ Bachelor on finance and accounting related

Technical Competence & Skills:
？ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Proactively search and implement innovative ideas to enable winning and mitigate risks.
？ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Able to liaise with business leaders and colleagues within and across functions in an efficient manner.
？ Advanced Excel, Access, database, PowerPoint, Financial modeling
？ Experience and skill in using SAP/Oracle and other data warehouse application package
