Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Fully responsible for all the Sales / Engineering activities for a key account - automotive OEM . The Account Manager will lead the engineering team to specify in all the sales / engineering activities of OEMs and relevant business.

2. Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities and improve the account management with strategic customers in China与全球销售团队合作,持续挖掘潜在商机,不断提升对中国战略性客户的管理和服务
3. Confers with Project Engineering Department and utilizes his/her knowledge of the customer's operation and of Company development and manufacturing skills, techniques and capabilities to replace an existing competitive part or a present method of assembly with a more efficient Company part to achieve better results.在项目工程人员的支持下,充分了解客户的经营需求,运用公司的各项竞争优势,为客户提供更有竞争力的产品和服务
4. Identifies and studies competitive and market conditions of the industry and at the customer organizational level. Whenever possible, secures samples of competitive products and reports competitor price policy deviations which might impact the selling program of Company识别行业中的市场和竞争机会,敏锐洞悉竞争对手的产品、价格及服务等信息,从而更好的推动销售项目
5. Familiarizes himself/herself with customer operations and the problems associated with their business in order to gain information about and determine the inherent problems of the customer's industry which may influence the sales success of Company products within that industry.深入理解客户的经营、业务及需求,在为客户提供有效解决方案的同时达成公司的销售业绩
6. Observes customer manufacturing and assembly operations and contacts personnel within the customer organization who are knowledgeable regarding engineering, production or assembly problems being experienced. Attempts to gain information about the problem so that an existing ITW product might be applied or modified or a new product be developed to solve the customer's problem.与客户方的技术、研发及生产人员建立良好的关系,从而洞悉其制造和生产需求,为其提供公司的现有产品,或是根据需要改进及研发新的产品,提供解决方案
7. Develop positive relationship with Company customers and secure seamless communication between the customers and Company Be consultant and problem solver for the customer与本公司的客户保持积极合作的关系和充分的沟通,为客户提供良好的咨询和服务
8. Obtains maximum profitability from customer accounts through increased sales volume, an increase in high-profit item sales and a lowering of sales expense.通过不断扩大销售、改进产品以及降低成本来持续提升收益
9. Prepares various reports of competitive factors, new sales, sales lost, customer production, major projects, customer calls, expense accounts expenditures, and industry trends.定期完成各类分析报告,包括竞争对手、潜在商机、客户信息、项目进展、成本开支及行业趋势等各个相关方面
10. Reads and keeps abreast of trade literature and magazines of general interest to the industry or industries being serviced. Attends and participates in regional trade meetings or industry gatherings as deemed necessary.通过行业协会等渠道及时掌握本行业的客户、技术及产品等的最新趋势和动态
Qualification资历要求:
1. Automotive background (Either in Plastic injection or Metal Stamping experience / Mechanical engineering experience / Automotive engineering) in automotive industry汽车行业技术工程背景(如注塑或金属冲压 / 机械工程 / 汽车工程等经验)
2. Successful and proven performance in sales and automotive industry for more than 3 years. Having a good overall knowledge of the vehicle in body, interior, exterior, etc. 3年以上汽车行业的成熟销售经验;对汽车车身、内/外饰等各部分有所了解;
3. Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering or similar本科或以上学历,汽车工程或机械等相关专业
4. Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong interpersonal skills优秀的沟通和人际理解能力,且中、英文流利
5. Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure积极主动、成熟干练,能够在压力下独档一面
