职位描述：
5.1 DC QC inspection - (50%)
? Assist Quality Control manager to implement PPE products QC processES to ensure finished productS meet WIS quality Standard requirement.
? ISO2859 (GB2828) sampling level/AQL Inspection—target: leave no critical/major issue unfound in deliveries, control customer claim qty of 0.30% of batch delivered,
? QC Report—finish in 100% in required time in good quality by QC manager comments, no more than 2 working days from PO receipt to 1st QC report.
? Metal Detection—target: no metal contamination delivered to AU
? Check Non-conforming products as required and communicate QC issues to QC manager, IPO Sourcing team, technical and Logistic teams.
? Site QC—target 4-6 trips/month, targeted to find root cause of supplier QC issues from site inspection and report to QC manager to improve supplier capacity than only correction to non-conformity
? 80 percent in CDC warehouse and 20 percent site work.
5.2 Compliance to DC & quality operational procedure - (40%)
? Assist Quality Control Manager to strictly perform SOP and inspection specification to meet WIS safety standard and reliability.
? Cooperate with internal sourcing, technology and Logistic team to analyse product issue if any concessional acceptance requirement.
? Understand the root cause for the claim, cooperate with related function to deal with customer claim issues, necessary follow up actions in DC inspection works.
? Regular Training on Sinotrans QC staffs to maintain 95% pass rate of DC QC result.
5.3 DC FA samples management – (10%)
? Build up DC FA samples management procedure and maintaining well.

Equipment Operated/Technology Used:
? -PC & MS Office. Basic software knowledge: WORD, EXCEL,
? Extensive product knowledge background including
o Deep knowledge of gloves incl. leather, dipping, chemical, knit textile gloves.
o Familiar with glove, garment, or footwear production process and in line quality tools.
o Understanding of AU/NZS testing standard and testing method.
? Strong capability to judge incompliance products.
? On site supplier training ability.
